    Advisors will handle inbound calls to assist in helping and educating the customers in all aspects of their accounts. Advisors will be responsible to provide first call resolution with accurate, courteous, and informative responses to the customers.  In some cases, calls will involve problem-solving skills to resolve all inquiries. Advisors use probing questions to define customer needs/concerns, providing accurate and complete responses to customers in an easily understood language, educating the customer of their self-service options for 24/7 support.

    The Requirements:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience preferred    
    Must complete Background Check
    Courteous with strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate  
    Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge    
    Schedule flexibility is a must
